The legal battle between 12 ex-Staff of Fidelity Bank and the Management of the bank was heard Thursday at the National Industrial Court, Lagos.

The hope of the dejected ex-Staff were rekindled when the Judge, Mrs Rabi Gwandu said the Counsel to the staff and the bank management should negotiate on terms of benefits to be paid the staff before next hearing date.
With the Judge’s conclusion at today’s hearing, it is evident that the ex-Staff are at a vantage position to claim the reward of their many years of meritorious service to the bank.

It will be recalled that the ex-Staff through their counsel are demanding the sum of N600m from the bank for damages.
The Judge adjourned the next hearing to March 21, 2018.
