On Tuesday, January 3, 2023, an Army Officer was arrested on the order of the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for driving against traffic along Mile 2-Badagry Expressway.

 

 

The fallout of the arrest was the reaction of a Junior Army Officer healing curses on the Governor,

“Soldier wey dey suffer day and night, how much dem dey pay Soldiers?

 

I hear say nah shoot them say them shoot am wey make iron dey that Lance Corporal hand. 

 

And you! you don take your drug you dey call yourself Governor, you dey misbehave up and down, Ogun go kill you…”
