OSUN 2018:  ADP raises alarm over production of souvenirs on its behalf by APC

SOUVENIRS:  As the struggles for Abere hots up, Action Democratic Party, ADP has raised alarm over massive productions of souvenirs with their logo on it by APC.

The allegation was contained in a press statement signed by the State ADP Director of Information and Strategy, Mr Ayobami Modesty Fakeye.

According to him, recent intelligence received by the party have revealed how some Toyota Hilux vans were loaded with souvenirs. The souvenirs have the logos of major opposition parties being driven into the premises of the Government House in Osogbo. 

ADP, therefore, charged officers and men of security agencies in the state to investigate and prosecute the masterminds.

The party said mercenaries were brought into the state by the APC to use the souvenirs to implicate the opposition parties.

They are to use it for the arrest of opposition party member before, during and after the elections.

The party further charged the electorates to be vigilant during the election and report any strange persons. Or report such persons to the available security agents at their polling centres. 

“We know all their tricks and it’s our duty to make them public at appropriate times,” Fakeye stressed.
