Renowned Technocrat, Philanthropist and foremost governorship aspirant under the banner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi on Saturday, March 5, 2022 hailed the Osun State High Court Judgement affirming Olasoji Adagunodo’s Ward Excos as the authentic executives to conduct the PDP Primary slated for Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in Osun State.

The Press Statement was signed by personally Dr Ogunbiyi made available to SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS salutes the judgement saying it was fair, courageous embedded with wisdom. He went further that he believed that the “Judiciary has indeed now come of age.”
We at the Akin Ogunbiyi political group in Osun State salutes the courage, fairness and the wisdom of Osun State High court sitting in Ijebu-ijesha which has granted an order of mandatory injunction recognising Ward Executive Officers elected under former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo as the authentic Officers permitted to vote as delegate at the forthcoming Govermorship Primaries of the Peoples Democratic Partt (PDP).
We have always believed that the Nigeria Judiciary has indeed come of age. Gone are the days of fear and undue anxiety as we have the best of men and women in the Nigerian judiciary who dispense justices with fairness, courage and unmatched wisdom.
It will be recalled that the court presided over by justice A.A Aderibigbe, was in full compliance with its existing judgment affirming all actions taken by Adagunodo as the only valid and lawful actions while he was the Chairman of the Party in Osun State.

Upon hearing the motion exparte, an affidavit of Mr Adedokun Ademola and 29 others, filed at High Court registry, Ijebu-Jesa, Osun State, on the 3rd day of March 2022, and after hearing Mr Edmund Z. Biriomoni for the applicant who moved his application, the Court gave the order affirming all actions taken by Adagunodo as the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Osun State chapter which include the conduct of the Ward Executive Congress on the 25th of September, 2021, pending the determination of the motion on notice.
With this wonderful judgement,we believe that the Daniel has indeed come to judgement but prayed that the right political wisdom will prevail on the national leadership of PDP to obey the Court Judgement rather than being in abeyance.
