BOCOG: The entire members of Buhari/Osinbajo Continuity Group, BOCOG were elated at the confirmadtion of their Director-General, Dr. Oladiran Iyantan as the Commissioner of National Population Commission (NPC) on Wednesday by the Senate.
It would be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Dr. Iyantan along with 22 others as NPC commissioners months ago but their confirmation was delayed as a result of the face-off between the National Assembly and the Presidency.
But the Senate finally confirmed their appointment on Wednesday with the exception of Kaduna State candidate, Abdullahi whose qualification is still under scrutiny.
