On the 6th of January 2021, 1,664 new confirmed cases and five deaths were recorded in Nigeria

• Till date, 94,369 cases have been confirmed, 77,299 cases have been discharged and 1319 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
