Reports just reaching SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS through the PM News Twitter Page had it that a fuel tanker exploded on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Berger in Lagos.
The video showing the explosion was heard saying there are cars involved in the explosions.
