BREAKING: MURDER OF TIMOTHY ADEGOKE: APPEAL By Ramon Adedoyin Begins At Appeal Court, Akure

THE appeal filed by the owner of Hilton Hotel Honours, Ile-Ife, Dr Ramon Adedoyin Begins today at the Appeal Court, Akure, Ondo State.

Ramon Adedoyin had earlier appealed against the death sentence handed down on him by the Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Adebola Adepele-Ojo on May 30, 2023 at the Osun State High Court, Osogbo.

It will be recalled that the OSUN State High Court sitting in Osogbo presided over by Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 sentenced the owner of Hilton Honours Hotel, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Rahman Adedoyin and two others, Kazeem Oyetunde and Adeniyi Aderogba to death for the murder of Timothy Adegoke, an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).

Timothy lodged in the Hotel in preparation for his MBA exams in OAU when the incident occured.

Prince Gbade Adegoke, brother to Timothy Adegoke told SOJ WORLDWIDE,

“Today, 5th March, 2024 is the day of Appeal Court in Akure Ondo state by 10am. The case between Adegoke Timothy and Adedoyin Ramon and co.”
