INEC office on Ilobu Road, Osogbo in the State of Osun was bugled early this morning.
It was not cirtain what the invaders took away from the office.
As early as 6.30am many people have gathered at the entrance of the gate to register for their voters cards only to be informed the office was burgled overnight.
Our reporter revealed that the only guard on duty was not armed. The documents were scatered on the floor of the office.
As at the time of filing this report, the officials have not taken stocks of what was stolen.
Meanwhile, eligible voters are waiting for official announcement from INEC officials concerning the incident and if it is possible to commence work today.
As at the time of posting this information three Officers of NSDC were on ground to assess the situation.
