The State of Osun has effected changes on midterm break for Primary and Secondary schools in the state.
In a Press Release from the State Ministry of Education by its Permanent Secretary, Festus Olajide, said instead of going for holiday on Wednesday as Democracy Day and resume on Thursday and commence the mid term on Friday and Monday, the state has decided that the schools mid term holiday should now be Thursday and Friday and not as earlier announced.

In a nutshell, the holidays will now be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The statement urged all school Principals, Headmasters and other stakeholders in education sector in the state to take note of the changes in the dates.
The schools will now resume on Monday, June 16, 2019.
