There was police brutality in Aba in this viral video showing some armed policemen battering an Okada Rider whose offence was not known.

The same police are warning the civilians never to carry out any jungle justice on any suspect but that they should hand them over to the police.  The same police are commiting same offence they warned the civilians against.
