An independent radio presenter in Ekiti, Lasisi Adeyemi died in the early hours of today, Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Lasisi has been diagnosed with heart disease at the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital
He was then referred to Lagos State Teaching Hospital to be flown out to India for surgery.

Lasisi who was an indigene of Erimope in Ekiti had been ill for a while before his sickness made known to the public for monetary assistance.
Until his death he was said to be a popular Independent Presenter with a popular private FM Radio station in Ekiti State capital.
He had a chieftaincy title of Bobagunwa of Erimope in Ekiti State.
