In Lagos, it was reported that some hoodlums chased away the protesters at the Gani Fawehinmi Park, Ojota in Lagos.
A video sighted by SOJ WORLDWIDE on x.com, the leaders of the protesters and the Police had a few minutes discussion where it was agreed to suspend the protests.

A lawyer, who simply wants to be identified as JP, came to address the protesters to leave the protest, on the basis that President Bola Tinubu has addressed the nation.
