All is now set for the judgement over the alleged murder of Timothy Adegoke, an MBA-EXECUTIVE student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) at Hilton Honours Hotel, Ile-Ife, Osun State. The Court Room is filled to capacity.

THE Osun State High Court Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo few days ago announced May 30, 2023.
Timothy who hailed from Oke-Ogun area of Oyo State died in Hilton Honours Hotel owned by an Ife Chief, Dr. Rahman Adedoyin in September 2021 when he arrived from Abuja for one of his Semester exams.

The legal battle between prosecuting and defending counsels lasted over a year in which Adedoyin and
six of his staff: Magdalene Chiefuna, Adeniyi Aderogba, Oluwole Lawrence, Oyetunde Kazeem Adebayo Kunle and Adedeji Adesola were standing trial on 18 count of conspiracy, murder, felony, indecent interference of the corpse, alteration and cancellation of receipt and oath-taking to prevent justice.
