Breaking: Senegal Sends Flying Eagles Packing From FIFA U-20 World Cup

The Senegal National Junior Team sent its Nigeria counterpart, the Flying Eagles packing from the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland with a 2-1 margin.

Flying Eagles failed to qualify to the quarterfinals on Monday night from the elimination series in Round of 16 fixture.

Paul Aigbogun’s men went into the break two goals down, after Amadou Sagna and Ibrahima Niane struck for the Young Terranga Lions.

Aniekeme Okon pulled one back for Nigeria five minutes after the break, but they failed to find the back of the net again.

Senegal will now face the winner between Japan and South Korea in the quarter-final.
