A three-brother kidnap gang kidnapped a widow whose husband died in May 2019 and made away with her Highlander Jeep, changed the colour, number plate and documents.
The 55-year-old Mrs Janet Ogbonaya a mother of five children, a native of Osuite in Abia State was kidnapped and buried in a septic tank popularly known as Soak-away in Abuja.

Mrs Ogbonaya was reported missing on May 14, 2020, less than 48 hours she was kidnapped the family received unknown phone call demanding for Five Million Naira ransom before she could be released according to AIT report.
Police report say in order to cover their tracks the three-man gang who are brothers, native of Isiekenesi in Idiato Local Government Area of Imo State, the leader of the gang, Johnson Emmanuel quickly sold his house and relocated after the burial of the widow.
The officials of the Inspector General of Police and Pathologists spent hours before the corpse of the victim was exhumed.
