The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Edo State, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has pleaded with the state governor, Godwin Obaseki to come back to APC and never to make the mistake he made when he decamped to the Peoples Democratic Party in 2016.
Ize-Iyamu made the statement with the TVC after he secured the APC ticket to run for governorship election under the banner of the party.
“I will like to appeal to him to return to the party, in every family you have disagreement,”
“Let it not be said that it is disagreement that pushed him out. I made that mistake before and I have come to realise that it was a grievous error.”

“In APC he is recognised as a leader, with a new party it is going to be difficult to accept him as a leader. Certainly, I am ready to work with him and with all well meaning Edo people.”
