COURT of Appeal speaks on Tribunal Judgement between Obi, Atiku and Tinubu on Wednesday

THE Court of Appeal has released an official Statement that the Election Petition Tribunal will deliver judgement on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 with some modalities.

The judgement will centre on the petition filed by the Presidential Candidates of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress over their disputes on election held on February 25, 2023.

The statement said, entry to the court premises will be strictly on accreditation and for transparency, the judgement will be transmitted live.
