On the 5th of February 2021, 1,624 new confirmed cases and 9 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.

Till date, 137,654 cases have been confirmed, 111,639 cases have been discharged and 1,641 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory
