On the 22nd of January 2021, 1483 new confirmed cases and 5 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.

Till date, 118,138 cases have been confirmed, 94,150 cases have been discharged and 1,490 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory
