A non-profit organization, Distinct Advocacy for Youths Empowerment and Healthier Society (DAYEHS) has donated the sum of N100,000 to two pupils at the Beracha Jubilee School, located at Ota-Efun, Osogbo, Osun State to support their education.

According to the MD/CEO of DAYHES, Nathaniel Fawamide the gestures was to help the two pupils fulfill their dreams.

One of the pupils, Jamiu Aduragbemi, 10-year-old boy had to to dropout of school due to financial challenges, resumed after few years at the intervention of DAYEHS.

The other beneficiary is a 12-year-old girl, Ajeigbe Marvelous whose parents were unable to fulfill their educational obligations until DAYEHS came to her rescue.

Jamiu Aduragbemi, a gifted 10-year-old, has always displayed a remarkable eagerness to learn. Yet, due to overwhelming financial hardships, his education was halted at an early age.

After years away from school, he is finally resuming, entering back at the nursery level despite being ten. His mother, a devoted parent, works tirelessly each day, collecting discarded cartons and plastics for recycling, barely managing to put food on the table. Her sacrifice is a testament to her unwavering hope that her children might still have a future bright with opportunity.

Similarly, Ajeigbe Marvelous, a resilient 12-year-old currently in JSS2, carries dreams beyond his years, shaped by the struggles his family faces. His mother, like Jamiu’s, does everything she can to support her children, working long hours and making difficult choices to ensure their survival.

Fearing the costs and safety risks of transportation to the nearest public school, both families decided to enroll their children in *Beracha Jubilee School*, located in Ota-Efun, despite their inability to afford uniforms or other essential school supplies.

The school management, touched by their dedication and need, has shown great compassion, doing all they can to accommodate these families and allow the children to study. However, with limited resources, their support can only stretch so far.

When our organization, *Distinct Advocacy for Youths Empowerment and Healthier Society (DAYEHS)*, learned of their plight, we felt deeply moved to act.

Upon visiting their homes and speaking with the families, we found that their stories were not just of struggle but of resilience, determination, and a profound love for their children’s future.

These parents have given all they can, and we believe that their courage deserves to be met with compassion from the community.

Today, in the spirit of kindness and faith, DAYEHS is honored to present a cheque of #100,000 to *Beracha Jubilee School*. This gift will cover Jamiu and Ajeigbe’s tuition for the entire session, secured through a negotiated subsidy with the school as part of a special Scholarship Award. It is our heartfelt prayer that this contribution will lift some of the weight these parents carry and open doors to a brighter future for these children.

At DAYEHS, our mission goes beyond financial aid. As a nonprofit dedicated to youth empowerment, moral restoration, community development, healthy living, and charitable outreach, we believe in building a society where no child’s dreams are cut short by poverty.

This act of support, we hope, will stand as a testament to our shared belief in humanity’s ability to uplift one another, and we pray that it may be accepted by God as a reasonable service to Him.

Let us continue to strive together, bringing light into lives burdened by hardship, and ensuring that every child has the chance to pursue their dreams with hope.”
