Daddy Freeze Gives 3 Bible Verses To Prove That God Permits Divorce

Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has taken to his Facebook page to give Bible verses to prove that God permits divorce.

The verses suggest that God only permits divorce on certain conditions, of which one is sexual immorality.

Below are the 3 Bible verses he gave:

1) Matthew 19:9. This verse explains that a man can divorce his wife if she commits sexual immorality.

2) Deuteronomy 24:1-2. It explains that a man can divorce his wife if he finds out something he does not like about her. He can also file for a divorce if the woman does not “please him”, and she can remarry if she wants.

3) 1 Corinthians 7:15. This verse reveals that couples who are unbelievers can separate if one of the parties insists. When this happens, they are no longer bound to each other.
