THE fast growing Non Governmental Organisation (NGO), Distinct Advocacy For Youth Empowerment And Healthier Society (DAYEHS) during the course of the week visited the Orangun of Oke-Ila, HRH Oba (Dr) Adedokun Abolarin Aroyinkeye 1, the Ataoja of Osogbo, HRH Oba Jimoh Olatunji Olanipekun Larooye 1 and Success FM, Mokola, Ibadan in Oyo State.
The purpose of the courtesy visits was to sensitize the public about the objectives and roles of the group in touching lives positively.
The Director-General of DAYEHS, Ambassador Nathaniel Fawamide said the group was established to empower the youths, to fight against vices prevalent in the society and assist the ‘poorest of the poor’.

According to Fawamide, the group went on sensitization to some schools in Osun State, Ibadan and it has done much with the little resources at their disposal.
He called on well meaning Nigerians to support the group to alleviate the pains occasioned by the harsh economic realities in the country. He did not fail to inform his listeners on Success FM that the group is not meant for people with shady or questionable characters.
DAYEHS has done much with the little resources at their disposal and has empowered some market women to raise their hopes for a good living.
The Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun and his counterpart, Oba Adedokun Abolarin gave their royal blessings for the group to triumph and succeed in all their endeavours.
