A Video is going viral on social media from Ebonyi State where it was alleged that some people were releasing their PVC number in exchange for N10,000.

In a message posted on Twitter by @multimeverse, he said some residents were exchanging their PVC number in exchange for cash.

If you have a family that is in ebonyi state. You need to talk to them and advice them not to sell their votes! This is what they call structure.
