Best thing to do to all these young boys & girls is to send them to prisons for atleast 15 yrs each but assign atleast one acre of land each to them and grow different agricultural products at their LG governments, let them work for atleast 16 hrs daily for them to know the values of hardwork, ensure they have no access to laptops and computers at their disposal. Jailing them for one year as it’s being done now is not effective. If we don’t take above drastic steps, before we know it we will have this current generations of youths to be scammers, yahoo children when they become adults and our systems & values will continue to be broken. If they work in financial services, no deposited money is safe.
