The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday brought the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emeifele, to the Federal High Court, Abuja.
The EFCC had failed to comply with the order of the FHC directing it to produce Emefiele in court on Monday or release him unconditionally.
Following the disobedience by the commission, the court restated its order and adjourned proceedings till Wednesday.
