End in sight to Apapa traffic gridlock – Prof Yemi Osinbajo
The Vice-President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has said the embarrassing traffic gridlock on Apapa Expressway, Lagos will soon be a thing of the past.
He said this after he had a meeting with the stakeholders in the area.
In his official Twitter Page, the Vice-President said he took assessment of the area after a visit to the area on aircraft.
He said, ‘’Today. I presided over Govt/Private Sector meeting on how to resolve Apapa traffic gridlock.
Last week, I flew over the Apapa for an aerial assessment of the situation.’’
The road leading to economic nerve centre of Lagos had been a nightmare for motorists and commuters alike.
