The Assistant coach of Nigeria’s beach soccer team, known as Supersand Eagles, Chukwuma Agbo, has died, the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) announced on Wednesday.
Agbo died 10 days after former Nigeria international and ex-General Secretary of the NFF Taiwo Ogunjobi passed away.
“Yet another painful loss! We are sad to hear of the passing of Assistant Coach of our Beach Soccer National team, the Super Sand Eagles, Chukwuma Agbo. Our prayers are with his family at this time. May his soul rest in peace,”the NFF tweeted on Wednesday morning.
