Former Governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed seemed to be in trouble over the debt of N5 billion allegedly owed Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).
In view of Abdulfatah indebtedbess, his palatial mansion in Ilorin, Kwara State have been taken over by AMCON in a video that went viral on Social Media on September 22, 2021.
In a video monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE (http://www.sojworldnews.com) the narrator said the property was seized in lieu of the N5 billion owed by the Governor.
“My name is Chief Barrister Robert Nwoba, I am the DRA and the lawyer engaged by AMCON to recover the debt owed by the former Governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed. He is owing AMCON about N5 billion, today, September 22, 2021.
We have come to take over this palatial mansion belonging to Abdulfatah Ahmed until he paid the money he is owing AMCON and the Federal Government by extension he will not have access to this property.”
