GAS explosion along Lagos-Ibadan Exoressway near RCCG Camp (VIDEO

THERE was an explosion on Monday along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway near the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

Videos on social media show fire blown out from gas loaded on trucks within the premises of a plant.

The location is close to Mowe Bus Stop. Residents and passers-by scampered for safety after the first blast.

Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) spokesman, Nosa Okunbor confirmed the incident.

The officials added that emergency responders were on the way to the scene.
