LETTER TO EFCC:  The Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose said of his readiness to surrender to EFCC in a letter sent to the agency on Wednesday.

Fayose shared a photo of the letter he sent to the anti-graft agency on his Twitter handle, @GovAyoFayose.

“I wish to inform you that my term of office pursuant to which I enjoy immunity against investigation and prosecution under the above provision shall lapse by effluxion of time on Monday, October 15th, 2018.
