UNITE: One of the leading contestants to seat of governor of Osun State, Hon. Gafar Akintayo Amere has congratulated Comrade Adams Oshiomhole on his victory as the new Chairman of APC in the just concluded National Convention of the party.

Hon. Amere said the election of Mr Adams Oshiomole as the National Chairman of APC will stabilize the party and unite all warring factions within the APC family.
The Symbol of Itesiwaju Osun Honourable Amere Abdulgafar Akintayo stated this in a personal message on the victories of Mr Oshiomole and other newly elected Officers.

Honourable Amere who represents Iwo Federal Constituency in Abuja was of the opinion that the experiences of Mr Oshiomole as a onetime President of Nigeria Labour Congress NLC and immediate past Governor of Edo State would positively reflect in the affairs of the Party.
Honourable Amere, a governorship aspirant in Osun State however, called on all Party members to give the new National Executives maximum cooperation so as to sustain the winning profile of the APC.

He expressed the belief that the first assignment of Mr Oshiomole as the Chairman was to bring Ekiti State to the progressive family this month would be easily and successfully done, which would be followed by retaining Osun State for the Party.
