IDEAL YORUBA GIRL: The Most Beautiful Igbo Girl Universe (MOBIGUN) and the First Runner-up of Oodua 2018 and Miss Idol World International Tourism 2018 , Miss Morenikeji Quadri organized a special program for Yoruba girl aged between 8-15 years to promote Yoruba culture.

Equally with her to organize the event was the 2nd Runner-up Oodua 2018 and Miss Idol World International Top Model 2018, Miss LAWAL Ololade Adunni-Ade
The program was tagged; Ideal Yoruba Girl Universe Osogbo 2018.
The team arrived ACE Hotel, Ofatedo in Osogbo owned by Hon. Babatunde Taiwo on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 evening to commence their rehearsal for the maiden edition of the Beauty Pageant Competition.
SOJ WORLDWIDE covered the programme from the preliminary to its Grand Finale that took place at Peacock Bar & Lounge , Ostrich Building, Opposite UBA, Osogbo on May 27, 2018 to mark the Children’s Day.
SOJ WORLDWIDE had a chat with the nine contestants, Instructor and the organizer of the event;
The nine contestants converged in Osogbo from Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Ekiti states to participate in a contest for Ideal Yoruba Girl Universe Osogbo 2018 to represent their home states.
Each of the candidates were asked a question; What have you gained since you arrived at Oshogbo since Wednesday, May 23, 2018?
1) Miss Lawal Opeyemi Agbeke
It has been fun, we enjoyed a lot, we learnt many things like; morning exercise, cat-walking, choreography and the cultural dance.

2) Miss Kolawole Rachel Atoke
My experience in the camp and the competition was very interesting because I have never been in a camp like this before and it was very fantastic.
3) Miss Oluwadare Hannah Abefe
There has been a lot of things going on, I am really impressed with the way they teach us like, cat-walking and so on and so forth.
4) Miss Quadri Ideraoluwa Arike
I love the practice, the exercise and the competition.
5) Miss OLADEJI IfeOluwa Alake
When I got here I was very excited. Everything was interesting, at first I felt uncomfortable but as time goes on it was interesting.
6) Miss OLADIPUPO Rofiat Ajoke
When I came to the camp I love it, I love the exercise. Everything from the beginning to the end was exciting.
7) Miss OLAYEMI Rachael Arike
I enjoyed the chorography and the exercise.
8) Miss OLAJIDE Opeyemi Ajoke
I like the practice and the dancing. It was lovely.
9) Miss OMOSEBI Precious Atoke
My experience is that we catch a lot of fun, exercise and dancing. It was a memorable event that would remain with all of us years to come.
INSTRUCTOR
We had a chat with the Instructor who had been coaching the teenagers since Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at ACE HOTEL, OFATEDO, OSOGBO.
Instructor: Miss LAWAL Ololade Aduniade
I was here to coach the teenagers, to instruct them on how to do everything on the Grand Finale. They are here to contest for the Ideal Yoruba Girl Universe Osogbo 2018 which was their Grand Finale which was held on Children’s Day Sunday, May 27, 2018.
Asked why Oshogbo? She said, “Actually because I love Osun State, I represent Osun State, I am from Osun State. I am always comfortable about Osun State because I am from Ode-Omu.
The last but not the least is the organizer of the beauty pageant,

She said, “Am very happy that the program was exciting, interesting, beautiful and memorable, am really impressed, thank God it was a success on Sunday May 27, 2018, the grand finale.
