CCTV captured the moment when a robber jumped over the fence into an uncompleted building to steal some house materials already removed and made ready to be evacuated.
After he jumped over the fence, he threw the building materials over the fence one after the other, the house owner released his weird dogs on him.
Three Alsatian dogs descended on him, overpowered him with several bites that made him incapacitated.
