INSIDE LIFE: MAN beats wife for obstructing his S*x with woman friend on Xmas Day

A middle aged Ugandan man, Peter Wakube on Xmas Day beats his wife blue and black for obstructing his s*x with another woman on their matrimonial bed.

The man pleaded guilty to assault charges for clobbering his Kenyan wife.

Wakube admitted charges of assaulting his wife, Aida Nekesa, in the Kosovo area of Mathare, Nairobi, on December 25, 2022, after being arraigned at the Makadara Law Courts.

Ms. Nekesa, a housekeeper, had returned home from work around 2 p.m. to find Mr. Wakube in the act with another woman.

The court heard that she broke into the house after Mr. Wakumbe refused to open it despite numerous knocks, and discovered the lovebirds in the act.

Mr. Wakube assaulted her with blows and kicks, threw her outside the house, and continued to beat her for interfering with the sweet moment before neighbors intervened and rescued the complainant. Ms. Nekesa was injured in the face and abdomen.

She was escorted to the Mathare police station, where she filed a report before being taken to the hospital.

Her P3 form was completed, and her injuries were classified.

Mr. Wakube was later apprehended at his home.

Police found a photo of the complainant that he had torn apart in a fit of rage.

He begged forgiveness from Principal Magistrate Agnes Mwangi, claiming remorse.

Ms. Mwangi directed that the convict’s social inquiry report be presented before his sentence on January 24, 2023.
