A 15-year-old suspected kidnappers has been arrested and questioned on how he went into such criminal acts.

The unidentified teenage boy confessed that he has succeeded in kidnapping two kids for N5,000 each.  

He was caught in his third attempt.  The town and the state where the crime took place was not stated in the viral video.
