A small boy and a suspect was seen in a viral video on Social Media and a voice was heard directing the boy to flog the suspect whom SOJ WORLDWIDE gathered was a kidnapper.
According to the information at our disposal, the boy was rescued from the man who had earlier kidnapped him.
