A middle-aged woman whose name was not known was arrested by the Anambra State Police Commands for allegedly pounding children for rituals.
She was arrested with other suspects, few of the children rescued were malnourished in a pity condition.
“An old woman who allegedly runs one acclaimed church ministry at Awka road, Onitsha where she pounds children inside mortar for rituals has been arrested by the Anambra Police Command.🙆😳😥
The Woman who lives at Federal Housing estate, 3.3 Onitsha, has been found with many children in her house, children looking malnourished.”
