THE Osun State High Court Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Adepele-Ojo has finally announced the day of judgement on the alleged murder case of the MBA-Executive student of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Timothy ADEGOKE.
Timothy who hailed from Oke-Ogun area of Oyo State died in Hilton Honours Hotel owned by an Ife Chief, Dr. Rahman Adedoyin in September 2021 when he arrived from Abuja for one of his Semester exams.
According to one of the major stakeholders to the murder case, immediate brother to Timothy, he told SOJ WORLDWIDE Correspondent that the judgement had been fixed for Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

The legal battle between prosecuting and defending counsels lasted over a year in which Adedoyin and
six of his staff: Magdalene Chiefuna, Adeniyi Aderogba, Oluwole Lawrence, Oyetunde Kazeem Adebayo Kunle and Adedeji Adesola were standing trial on 18 count of conspiracy, murder, felony, indecent interference of the corpse, alteration and cancellation of receipt and oath-taking to prevent justice.
