THE United States Vice-President Kamala Harris has reacted to the assassination attempt on the life of former President Donald Trump.

In a one paragraph statement on x com monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, Kamala said she was briefed of reports of gunshots fired near Trump and his property in Florida.

The Democratic candidate said she was happy that Trump was safe.
