A Lagos Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) Officer was beaten and rough handled by an unidentified police officer who was in Mufti who took the BRT Lane in Lagos.

The Police officer whose rank was not known tried to put handcuff on the LASTMA Officer but he was resisted.
