INSPECTOR General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun has commended officers and men of the Osun State Command for maintaining law and order in the State.

 

The IGP represented by the Deputy Inspector General of Police in-charge of Operations, DIG Ari Muhammed Ali paid a visit to Osun State to boost the morale of officers and men of the command in the State.

 

In a Press Release signed by the Police Public Relations Office in the State, CSP Yemisi Opalola, IGP Egbetokun commended and thanked the command for making the nation proud.

“The Deputy Inspector General of Police In-charge of Operations, Force Headquarters, Abuja, DIG Ari Muhammed Ali, visited Osun State on 25th February, 2025 on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, PhD, NPM.

The visit was aimed to strengthen and motivate the Officers and Men deployed to Osun State Police Command for maintenance of peace, law and order.

However, upon his arrival, DIG Ali was impressed with the efforts of the officers and men on the ground, who had been working tirelessly over the week to maintain peace and order.

He commended the Commissioner of Police, Osun State Command, CP Mohammed Umar Abba, psc, for his exemplary leadership role in ensuring a peaceful and secure environment in the State.

DIG Ali praised the officers and men for their dedication and hard work, and expressed gratitude for their supports. “On behalf of the Inspector General of Police, I want to thank you for supporting the nation and the Police force,” he stated.”
