LIBYA Flood Disaster claims 5,000 lives, 10,000 still missing (VIDEO)

LIBYA is presently going through most devastating period in catastrophic flood disaster after the breaking of two major dams killing over 5,000 and 10,000. The country is now at the mercy of donors.

Since the death of Ghaddafi, Libya has been dealing with political turmoils with two governments operating in the country.
