A mentally unstable man was brutally beaten after he was caught picking used condoms and sanitary pads in Rivers state.
The man was caught at about 8:35 a.m. today by residents at Rumuola in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. However, The area where he was caught picking the used materials reportedly has several brothels located there.

In a video shared by DirectPHC, a woman is seen kicking the mentally unstable man and flogging him with a belt while scolding him in a loud voice. Others in the background can also be heard accusing him of faking his mental illness and asked why he didn’t pick anything else and chose to pick condoms. In conclusion, they insinuated he was picking the used materials for ritual purposes.
