Subsequent to the ongoing tussle between the two Ife chiefs, the Osun High Court delivered it’s first judgement after sitting this morning at the High Court ile-Ife in a case of 50m debt between one Kayode Aworinde and Hon Rotimi Makinde.
It was a case of debt owed Hon. Rotimi Makinde by his close friend who allegedly defaulted in paying back.
Hon Makinde headed for the court to reclaim debt owed him.
A fundamental ruling was today delivered in favour of the plaintiff Hon Rotimi Makinde though with a cost of 30,000 Naira to join Aworinde Investment.

This application came after having discovered that the bank account supplied to the plaintiff(Makinde) was that of a company solely owed by the same defendant (Aworinde).
The case was subsequently adjourned to April 11,2018.
Meanwhile,reactions trailed the judgment as Hon Rotimi Makinde described Nigeria Judicial system as one of the slowest in the world.
He said the case has been lingering since June 2016.
