NEW UPDATE: Court gives surprise ruling on Rahman Adedoyin, suspected killer of Timoth Adegoke (SEE DETAILS)

The court on Friday, December 10, 2021 granted one of the prayers of the Counsel to the alleged killer of OAU MBA-EXECUTIVE student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Timothy Oludare Adegoke.

Dr Rahman Adedoyin, the owner of Hilton Hotels was granted relief to go to the hospital of his choice to treat his alleged hypertensive ailment.

The two prayers the lawyer requested was to grant his client bail pending when the murder case will come up in the court or he be allowed hto treat his ailment in the hospital of his choice which granted by the court.

The lawyer said Adedoyin collapsed once when he was in Osun Police Custody and was rushed to the Police Hospital in Osogbo.
