Paris Saint-Germain star, Neymar Jr., became the top-scoring Brazilian player in Champions League history, as they beat Liverpool on Wednesday night.
Juan Bernat fired PSG in front at Parc des Princes, before Neymar doubled the home side’s advantage ten minutes before half-time.
It was Neymar’s 31st in the competition and the goal saw him become Brazil’s all-time leading goalscorer in the Champions League.
AC Milan legend Kaka previously held the record, having netted 30 times in the competition.
Liverpool pulled one back through James Milner’s penalty, but were unable to claim at least a point.
The result means Jurgen Klopp’s men stay third in Group C, with Napoli top and PSG sitting second ahead of the final group match.
