Recall. Mary Oyinale is a female police sport officer that rose through the ranks. Am saddened that this police constable remain rank less all this while as a boxing referee, trainer and a sound boxer. The IGP should promote her to the rank of a sergeant as incentives for other police officer who choose to put the Nigeria police in the world map sport-wise.
