Nigerian Born C & S Prophet Who Rapes 15 Minors Jailed In UK

Nigerian born UK based Cherubim and Seraphim self acclaimed Prophet, Michael Oluronbi is to spend some years behind bars for raping and defiling minors in his church in Birmingham for 20 years.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Michael Oluronbi is a Birmingham pastor who has now been convicted of raping children, young enough to be his grandchildren after ordering them to partake in an unclad ‘spiritual bathing’ meant to cleanse them of satanic signs which is a common practice in the C & S Church, the world over.

The 60-year-old certified pharmacist is a self-styled prophet linked to the Christian Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Edgbaston, Birmingham, whose roots were in Nigeria, and his offenses took place in Birmingham and London.

He would ask that the female child be left in his care because she needed a spiritual cleansing, then upon the child removal of clothes completely, he would begin to fondle them at sensitive places then push them into the inner room of his temple which has already been furnished with a standard bed, and rape them over and over.

Oluronbi who was revered and feared by his victims kept a vice-like grip on many of the girls and continued to abuse them well into adulthood.

The Nigerian was pronounced guilty of 15 counts of rape against seven victims – five of whom were members of his church in Birmingham and London respectively. Many of his victims, who were mainly young females got pregnant multiple times but Oluronbi took them to abortion clinics with the aid of his highly promiscuous wife, Juliana Oluronbi. Juliana who was fully aware of her husband’s atrocities enabled him and covered up his mess from becoming known to other church members.

The wife apart from being an enabler, also sleep with young men of her choice, within and outside the church.

Some of the girls Oluronbi slept with had aborted more than 6 times for him! Some parents of the girls had confronted the pastor of doom in the past about his wayward ways and assault of their kids, Oluronbi would vehemently deny any wrongdoing.

There was a time one of the girls the wife, Juliana took for abortion had complications and the parents got wind of it, the ‘Evangelist fell down and wept bitterly, blaming it on Satan. Afterward, he continued to violate the children in his care with all impunity.

Oluronbi was reported to have been committing these despicable acts for more than 20 years unrepentantly. Many of the children he raped have become adults constituting a menace to society.

According to Phil Bradley QC, who was the prosecuting counsel while speaking to the Jury: “The main tactic he employed was to claim that God had instructed him to administer ‘holy baths’ to some of his congregation in order to ‘cleanse’ them and protect them from satanic influences. That activity began when his victims were children. “There can be no doubt that its real purpose was to serve his sexual gratification.”

When the dreaded prophet Oluronbi cup got filled, one of his child victims, who is now an adult, came forward to the police to expose him. When he realized his game is up he and that he may be arrested soon, so, he dusted his Nigerian passport and tried to flee the UK with some ‘ceremonial belongings and cash’ but luck ran out on him and he was duly arrested before he had the chance to disappear.

The jury, in the end, found him guilty of at least, 15 rapes, he was convicted of seven counts of indecent assault and two counts of sexual assault.

His wife, Juliana, was convicted of three counts of aiding and abetting rape after helping arrange the abortions. They both would be cooling their satanic heads in jail for a long time as they are set to be sentenced soon.
