Nigerian Pastor Beaten By Congregants For Using Church Money To Buy A Car For His Wife

A Nigerian man of God has been beaten black and blue for allegedly using church money to carter for his personal needs.

Pastor Johnson Adeleke is said to have used the church’s money to buy a car for his wife.

Pastor Adeleke used the money that was in the church’s bank account to buy a gift for his wife’s birthday.

The church members became angry and attacked the pastor on Sunday immediately when he arrived at church.

Police are investigating a case of assault with intention to cause bodily grievously harm.
